Catlett Systems Overview

Catlett systems is owned and operated by Mike Catlett. Mike has been working with computers and networking for more then 10 years, and internet technologies for the past 5 years.

Education and Training

In 1999, after 5+ years of self education Mike attended Iowa Western Community College where he received his certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. For the past 5 years Mike has increased his list of certifications to include; A+, Goldmine Certified Administrator, Goldmine Certified Technician, Citrix Certified Administrator, and Webmaster Gold.

Customer Service Pylosophies

Before his professional life in computers Mike held many sales and management positions with a number of different companies. This experience taught Mike to treat every customer with dignity, respect and patience. Every customer of Catlett Systems will be treated equally and fairly no matter how much or how little their knowledge of computers and the internet is.
